Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your order, please let us know straight away. We will go through with you what the problem is, and how it will be resolved.

We will then arrange to have the product collected from any UK address you nominate (usually the same working day) at our expense and we aim to have it returned to you within four working days.

Our response to alterations and rectifications is monitored as part of our performance by the British Standards Institute as part of our ISO9001 Quality Standard audit.
