We undertake that:

1. We will comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Legislation. We will only use any personal information you give to us for the purposes for which it is intended as shown on this website or on paper order forms and literature.

2. We will require information from you in order to process any order or enquiry you place with us. However we undertake that the information we hold will only be what is necessary for the completion of the transaction. The information we will hold on you is likely to include your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and amounts and dates of any orders placed and payments made.

3. We will not hold details of your credit card or paypal account for on-line orders. All on-line payments are handled through Paypal’s secure on-line payment system and no details of your account are passed to us. Any refunds due will be paid to your Credit Card or Paypal account through the same system.

4. We will not disclose your information to anybody outside Econermine Fine Furnishings Ltd without your express consent. If disclosure is advisable to prevent fraud or in the public interest we will contact you as far as the law permits.

5. Data held will be destroyed as soon as appropriate unless we are legally required to hold it longer.

6. We may from time to time amend this privacy statement.

7. You have the right under the Data Protection Act to have any innacuracies in data about you to be corrected. We would also appreciate being informed of any changes in data so that our records are up-to-date.

8. You may request a written statement of data held about you by Econermine Fine Furnishings Limited which will be provided on receipt of a written request and the appropriate fee as allowed for under the Data Protection Act.
